  • Level I: :30 Static Hold
    Level II: 2x10' Rope Climb (touch n go ass to ass)
    Level III: 2x10' Rope Climb (no feet) ((touch n go ass to ass))
    Level IV: 4x10' Rope Climb no feet) ((touch n go ass to ass))
