THE MAX WELLNESS MOVEMENT METHOD

Everything we teach begins with eleven foundational movement patterns that every person should own.

• Breathing - Learn to control your nervous system before trying to control your body.

• Standing - Build posture, balance, and alignment.

• Walking - Restore natural gait and efficient movement.

• Squatting - Develop strength for everyday life.

• Hinging - Protect your back while producing power.

• Pushing - Build upper-body strength that transfers into daily life.

• Pulling - Improve posture, shoulder health, and total-body strength.

• Carrying - Develop real-world strength and resilience.

• Rotation - Create power while protecting the spine.

• Crawling - Reconnect your body through coordinated movement.

• Getting Up & Sitting Down - Train for independence.

Mastering these movements creates the foundation for strength, resilience, athletic performance, injury prevention, and lifelong independence.
