    *no BMU? 2 pull up & 2 dip = 1 BMU (work same min to rep ratio) 1 = 2 & 2, 2 = 4 & 4, 3 = 6 & 6…
    *you will remove burpee's from EMOM & perform at the end of the M/C

  • DNF: min 1-4 = 800m Run…5 = 600m…6 = 400…7 = 200…8 = 100
