    Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

    6 thrusters, 6 C2BPU
    9 thrusters, 9 C2BPU
  • This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of X, go on to X+3
  • There will NOT be a 4:30 session this afternoon
