Our members consist of people of all ages and skill levels with various fitness goals. From stay at home moms and weekend warriors, to collegiate athletes, we have seen it all. Whether you are interested in general fitness classes, Olympic Weightlifting, or following a personalized strength/fitness program, our mission is to help you achieve your goals.
MaxWellness Programs
MaxFit
Our exclusive functional conditioning program that has been a staple ever since we opened back in 2001. Similar to CrossFit (I opened CrossFit Campbell and was recognized as an official affiliate in 2008), but without the Olympic lifts, advanced gymnastics, or formal competition… Think squats, lunges, pullups, pushups, kettlebells, med balls, rowing, running, calisthenics, etc…
Private Training
We started with this back in 2001 so naturally this is one of our specialties. If you’d prefer to get fit with a program designed just for you and the undivided attention of your very own coach, this is the way to go.
Teen Classes
It's recommended that teens get at least 1 hour of physical activity on most, preferably all, days of the week. Many teens drop out of organized sports, and participation in daily physical education classes is a thing of the past. Weight training, under supervision of a qualified adult, can improve strength and help prevent sports injuries. Staying fit can help improve self-esteem and decrease the risk of serious illnesses (such as heart disease and stroke) later in life.
Kids Fitness
We offer private P.E. classes for kindergarten through middle school age children and personal sessions. Lesson plans include a wide range of calisthenics, cardio based drills, aerobics, plyometrics, ballistic exercises and stretches. In addition to these exercises we include fun activities and equipment that promote core strengthening, team building skills, balance and coordination.
Senior Fitness
Safe and effective exercises designed for persons age 60+ that improve and maintain health. Incorporates exercises and strategies to help improve balance reactions and reduce risk of falls. Combines many aspects of fitness, including upper body strengthening, lower body strengthening, core strength/back stabilization, flexibility, agility/balance. Intensity and level of difficulty varies depending on each individual’s abilities.

I use ZOOM as my online class studio. It is easy to use use, reliable and available for every platform. It goes like this.
Purchase your classes.
Fill out the waiver/consent form(s) and return.
Receive email from me with an invitation to join the next class offered.
Download the ZOOM app on the media you will use for the session.
Sign Up on the app before the first class.
You’ll receive an email with the link to be used for our class (aka meeting).
10-15 min before class time, simply click the meeting link found in the invitation email and join me for the class!
